Mark Davidov
I'm Mark Davidov, Chief Executive Officer of Logic Advance, a capital marketplace dedicated to educating and empowering small-to-mid-sized businesses with the working capital they need to grow.
I immigrated to the United States when I was eight years old and grew up in Brooklyn, New York, where I learned the value of hard work and resilience early on. Early in my career, I spent over a decade working at a spa in Manhattan near the Financial District, where being surrounded by the energy of Wall Street sparked my interest in finance and entrepreneurship.
At the same time, I was pursuing a career in healthcare and eventually earned my master's degree. In 2012, I began working as a nurse at NYU, where I spent several years caring for patients. While the work was meaningful, I ultimately realized my passion was in business and finance.
In 2015, after connecting with a mentor in the alternative finance space, I founded Logic Advance with the goal of helping business owners access capital quickly and responsibly so they can grow and succeed.
Outside of work, I enjoy golfing, traveling, spending time with my family. As a husband and father of five, I understand the responsibility that comes with running a business and supporting a family. That perspective drives our focus on flexible financing, fast execution, and exceptional service. From account managers to executive leadership, every voice matters — that's the Logic difference.
