Broker Submission Guidelines

A practical guide to ISO onboarding, merchant qualifications, and complete funding submissions.

Start Here: Joining the ISO Program

An independent sales organization (ISO) connects business owners with funding providers. Through the Logic Advance ISO program, brokers help merchants prepare applications, understand offers, and move through the funding process. Use this guide as a submission checklist when preparing your first deal or training a new team member.

  1. Register your interest. Complete the partner registration form with your contact and brokerage details.
  2. Complete onboarding. Discuss your business with the partner team, review the partner agreement and current rate sheets, and confirm your submission process.
  3. Prepare your first merchant file. Check product fit and gather the documents below. Your account manager can help with submission questions and offer details.

Partner registration and merchant underwriting are separate reviews. Contact the partner team for your onboarding status; the merchant review timelines below do not guarantee a partnership decision.

Submission Requirements

Start each merchant submission with:

  • Signed application: Complete business and owner information, signed by the business owner.
  • Four months of bank statements: The most recent complete business statements, including every page.

Before sending, check that the business name and contact details are consistent, statements are readable and unaltered, and the requested funding amount and intended business use are clear. Disclose existing funding obligations so the reviewer can assess the full picture. Additional verification, such as identification or a voided check, may be requested for the specific deal.

Minimum Qualifications

The submission benchmarks below help brokers screen files. Requirements vary by product and merchant profile; meeting these benchmarks does not guarantee approval. Ask your account manager about a file that falls outside them before promising eligibility.

How to Submit

Send the documents to apply@logicadvancegroup.com or follow the instructions from your dedicated account manager. Include the merchant's business name and your ISO/broker company name in the subject line.

Example subject: ABC Restaurant / Your Brokerage / Funding Submission

Include a contact person for follow-up questions and flag any missing information. Reviewing the file upfront helps identify gaps and product-fit concerns before contracts are prepared, reducing avoidable requests and helping merchants understand what comes next.

Approval Timeline

  • Initial review: Typically within 2–4 hours of a complete submission.
  • Offer: Same-day offers may be available for qualifying, complete files.
  • Funding: Same-day funding may be available after contract execution and required verification, subject to bank processing and cutoff times.

Missing documents or additional underwriting questions can extend the timeline. Confirm the status with your account manager before giving a merchant a funding date.

Match the Merchant to a Funding Option

A broker helps the merchant compare available options, organize documents, and understand the cost and payment obligations of an offer. Product availability and terms depend on underwriting; no single solution fits every business.

Industries and Service Area

Logic Advance works with businesses across all 50 states, including restaurants, retail and e-commerce, construction, healthcare, transportation, automotive services, professional services, beauty, manufacturing, and wholesale. Industry and location alone do not establish eligibility. Confirm unusual business models, restricted activities, and product-specific requirements with your account manager before submitting.

Deal Tier Benefits

Logic Advance offers four funding tiers, each designed to match merchant profiles with the right deal structure. Understanding these tiers helps ISOs maximize their commissions and fund a wider range of merchants.

Elite

Top Tier

Lowest buy rate, highest margins for ISOs, premium merchant profile, and the most competitive deal structure available.

Premium

Strong Value

Strong pricing with broader eligibility, allowing ISOs to fund high-quality businesses that may not meet Elite-level criteria while still earning solid commissions.

Standard

Flexible

Flexible underwriting for everyday small businesses, giving ISOs the ability to fund a wider range of merchants while maintaining competitive deal structures.

High-Risk

Specialized

Funding options for businesses with credit challenges, past defaults, or settlements, allowing ISOs to monetize difficult files and turn declines into funded deals.

Commission Structure

Commission rates are discussed during onboarding and vary by product, deal volume, and relationship terms. Request the current rate sheet and written payment terms from your account manager. If syndication is proposed, confirm availability and any applicable fees separately; do not assume a universal commission percentage or fee schedule.

Responsible Broker Practices

Submit accurate information with the merchant's permission, protect business and owner documents, and explain the offer's costs and obligations clearly. Do not alter statements, conceal existing financing, or promise approval or savings that have not been confirmed. Give the merchant time to review the agreement and direct unresolved questions to the partner team.

Broker Submission FAQs

What is the minimum monthly revenue for a broker submission?

The minimum monthly revenue is $25,000. Additional requirements vary by funding product and merchant profile. Confirm the applicable requirement with your account manager before submitting; meeting a benchmark does not guarantee approval.

How many bank statements are required?

Submit the four most recent complete business bank statements with the signed application. Include every page and provide readable, unaltered documents. Underwriting may request additional information.

What is the minimum time in business?

This guide lists six months in business as a submission benchmark. Some products or merchant profiles may require a longer operating history; confirm the requirements for the proposed funding option.

What support can a new ISO partner receive?

Your account manager is the point of contact for submission questions, current rate sheets, offer details, and deal-status updates. Review the partner agreement and ask about available onboarding guidance before submitting your first file.

How should brokers evaluate partner feedback?

Ask about responsiveness, clarity of offers, and support when a file needs additional documents. The ISO Program page includes published partner testimonials. Individual experiences do not guarantee approval, funding speed, or future results.

How do payment schedules affect a merchant?

A payment schedule should fit the business cash-flow pattern. Depending on the approved product, an offer may use daily, weekly, or other payment arrangements. Review the amount, frequency, total cost, and any revenue-adjustment provisions in the agreement; do not assume every product adjusts automatically when sales change.

What can a merchant use funding for?

Business uses may include inventory, payroll, marketing, renovations, equipment, and working capital. Confirm that the intended use is permitted by the specific agreement. Equipment financing and other specialized products may have narrower purposes.

Are early-payoff discounts or escrow programs available?

Ask your account manager whether a specific offer includes an early-payoff discount and obtain the conditions in writing. Do not promise a fixed discount schedule. If a deal involves escrow, confirm whether an arrangement is available and how it would work before presenting it to the merchant.
